Loft329 is equipped for creative work, meetings and gatherings with natural light, seating, work surfaces, Wi-Fi, backdrops, plants, props, assorted studio equipment, coffee/drink stations, mini fridges and restrooms. Exact setup varies by space.

How do I get into Loft329?

Current entry and departure instructions are delivered with your confirmed reservation. Public pages and calendar events do not expose studio access codes.

Is there parking?

Yes. Free street parking is available on Waukegan Avenue, and the rear lot includes designated Loft329 parking.

Is there a kitchen?

There is not a full public kitchen. Coffee/drink stations and small beverage refrigerators are available in the studio areas.

Do I need insurance?

Insurance requirements depend on the type of use or event. The current reservation/event flow presents the applicable requirement before the reservation is finalized.

Can I arrive early?

Plan setup inside the space during your reserved time. If another reservation is in progress, do not enter the reserved studio before your start time.

Do not assume the space is available beyond your reservation. Extend or adjust the reservation through Loft329 when permitted so availability, pricing and the next reservation remain accurate.
